
Refund Policy
We want you to love every sip and every product from C.R.E.A.M Coffee & Pastry. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 5-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Start a Return:
To begin the return process, please contact us at info@creamcoffee.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
We ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please reach out right away so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (coffee, pastries, or other food items)

Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

We also cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure about a specific item, just email us at info@creamcoffee.shop.
Exchanges:
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
